For the United States and Canada there is a specific cost for each product. (Clothing excluded)
All our products are handmade and delivery times depend on the type of product you have chosen and you can read them next to each of our products.
After the first e-mail confirming receipt of your order, we will keep you informed about the preparation of your product and, once the shipment has been made, we will send you an e-mail with the link where you can track your order and the Tracking Number.
Yes. During the order compilation phase, you can select the flag under “SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?” and add a new shipping address, within the selected shipping country.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received the order to return the purchased products.

All returned items will be refunded as quickly as possible and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which the shipment will be returned to the address we will indicate to you.
It can take three to seven business days to complete the refund, depending on your bank’s processing time.
